Delhi: Digital move for exact crime data

NEW DELHI: In a bid to ensure timely and accurate entry of crime related data in its system, Delhi Police is in the process of creating cells at police station levels.

The developments were shared during the crime review meeting held by lieutenant governor Anil Bainjal, along with senior police officers of Delhi Police, led by its commissioner Amulya Patnaik. Senior officers said that phase-I of the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) project will be completed by November 30.
