Ramesh said he wanted to "build a system for a tighter financial accountability" in implementation of all the flagship programmes of the Ministry including NREGA, PMGSY, NRLM etc and would consult Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) Vinod Rai in this regard on Wednesday.
