Introduction of Lok Pal bill in Parliament sought

Members of the newly-formed Anti-Corruption Civil Forum and the Forum for Good Governance on Wednesday demanded that the Lok Pall Bill be introduced in the monsoon session of the Parliament, apart from firm steps by the Centre to get back the hordes of money stashed illegally by people in other countries.

A motley crew of eminent persons led by former Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court Ambati Lakshmana Rao, former High Court Judge R. Reddappa Reddy, Coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Forum V. Lakshmana Reddy, Convenor of the Temples Protection Movement, M.V. Soundararajan staged a dharna at Indira Park here.

They also proclaimed support to the fast undertaken by Baba Ramdev against corruption.
